At MD Topicals LLC, we take care in preparing and shipping your order. Please review our shipping process below.

Order Processing
    •    Orders are processed within 2–3 business days after purchase.
    •    Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.
    •    You will receive an email confirmation once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery
    •    Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your order total and delivery address.
    •    We currently ship only within the United States.
    •    Delivery times vary by carrier, but most orders arrive within 3–7 business days after processing.

Free Shipping
    •    We offer free standard shipping on orders over $100 (before taxes and discounts).

Tracking
    •    Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your order.

Damaged or Missing Packages
    •    If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at info@mdtopicals.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging.
    •    If your tracking shows delivered but you did not receive your package, please notify us within 7 days so we can investigate with the carrier. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered, but we will do our best to help you resolve the issue.

Delays
    •    Delivery times may be affected by carrier delays, weather, or other factors outside our control. MD Topicals is not responsible for delays once the package has been handed to the carrier.
