Returns Policy

We want you to feel confident shopping with MD Topicals LLC. If you’re not fully satisfied, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

How to Start a Return
    •    Contact us first at info@mdtopicals.com or call (561) 779-5555 within 30 days of receiving your order.
    •    Our team will provide return instructions. Unauthorized returns without prior contact may not be accepted.

Return Conditions
    •    Products must be returned in original packaging with at least half of the product remaining.
    •    Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.
    •    Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, you’ll be notified of approval or rejection. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days (depending on your bank).

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different product, please return your item for a refund and place a new order.

Final Sale Items

Promotional, discounted, or gift-with-purchase items may be marked as Final Sale and are not eligible for return.
